What is an organelle
Which can be seen with light microscopes? Electron microscope?

How can you tell plant and animal cells apart?
Osmosis and diffusion (passive transport)
Hypo/hyper/isotonic solutions (when will the cell shrink/blow up)
Turgor in plant cells
